I’ve been reading through your documentation, but I had a few more questions about your premium plugin. Does your premium plugin offer:

    1. The option to mark one or more fields as required/not required?
    2. The option to add/capture additional fields? Currently, I only have an option for Name and Email.
    3. The option to manage how the List Fields are mapped to MailChimp?
Currently, the name is mapped automatically the First Name. I’d like to be able to accept first and last names separately.
    4. The option to select more responsive templates (or have more control over existing templates/forms)?
For example default form has a fixed maximum width and when my form is resized for smaller devices, the form doesn’t ‘stretch’ out like my other content does.
    5. I noticed that after a user subscribes, the ‘Thank You’ popup hangs around and will not go away. I cannot even force it to go away. Is this configurable in the premium plugin?

On another note, confirmation emails do not seem to make it if a users email address ends in @outlook.com. Is there an option I need to enable/configure somewhere to enable this?

    Hi Allen,
Here are the answers to your questions:
    1. In the premium plugin you can set two fields, “name” and “email”, both being mandatory to fill out if both are set to display. The only optional one is “name” field which should be mandatory to fill out if enabled.
    2. There are no additional fields except name and email in the premium plugin.
    3. Right now we only support mapping through first names.
    4. You will have an option to select from a wide variety of templates in the premium which is way more than the free version. If you have any issues with the width of the form, you can drop us an email at [email protected], we’ll be happy to sort it out for you.
    5. You’d have the option of selecting between a “thank you message” or an internal page redirect and an external url redirect after the user enters the email. You can view this behavior in the pricing page for Optin Cat plugin of our site FatCatApps (cannot post links here), if you enter your email after waiting some time in the page you will will notice that it redirects to another page instead of displaying a “thank you” messsage.

This is the first report of a problem with outlook.com, we will investigate into the matter more.

I hope I answered all your queries, if you have more please let us know.
