Pre-select subscribe checkbox

    I have set up this plugin on 2 sites, and on both, if “Pre-select subscribe checkbox” is ticked, the user is not added as a subscriber when making a purchase. Only if it is not selected and the user selects it on the checkout manually are they added as a subscriber in MailerLite. Order data is submitted and order tracking completed, but ‘Signed up for emails’ and ‘Subscribed to email list’ have a red cross next to them. Can you help with this, please?
