    Hello Guys!

My checkout form gets prefilled by doing a reorder.

Read multiple topics about prefilled checkout forms caused by cache mechanisms. The situation is that I have completely turned off cache plugins under the site, but the problem is still existing.

I have contacted the hosting team to ask whether there is a server side caching in our case, but until the answer I am asking you to test and check whether you see anything that could help in this situation.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @daynese1!

The cause of this could be a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

To determine what could be causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront, disable all plugins except WooCommerce and repeat the action that is causing the problem. If that solves it, then re-enable all plugins one-by-one, until you find the one creating the conflict.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/.

If that doesn’t help, kindly provide us the following to further check:

    • Your System Status: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select ‘Get system report’ and then ‘Copy for support’. Once you do this, paste in here your response.
    • Fatal Error Log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (if available).
    • I hope this helps!

Since we haven’t heard back from you in a while, I’m going to mark this as resolved. Please feel free to reply, we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
