“auto” – the audio should be loaded entirely when the page loads.
Without preload, when the button is clicked, certain sound in the beginning is missing. I would have to click again.

Hi have you tested a different sound file? I am just trying to confirm that it is not your current file that might be corrupted.
What is the current shortcode that you are using?
I am using the most basic shortcode like:
[sc_embed_player fileurl=”http://www.learnchn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/exam-1.wav”%5D
I think you are right, it could be related to wav files being corrupted. I am using a tool to create the file and the wav file format might not be entirely correct.
I found that my old wav files were ok.
