@gabrekc Could you please try to click Cancel button and then try to Preload again and check if the Preload works?
Thanks for replying, but I forgot to mention that I’ve done this a few times.
@gabrekc Could you send me a copy of your server’s PHP Error log?
You can find this log through your web hosting control panel (typically cPanel). If you are unsure where to find the PHP Error log, you can ask your hosts to provide it.
Please copy and paste the error to https://pastebin.com and share the link with us.
Hi, could I reopen this issue instead of start a new topic?
I have the same symptom.
Is there any solution?
Kind Regards
Darek
@bornforphp I used wp_debug and some errors appeared, the strangest is the error on line 37
in the file I replaced my official domain with mydomain.com
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function set_loggers() on null in /mydomain.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-optimize/vendor/team-updraft/common-libs/src/updraft-tasks/class-updraft-task-manager.php:336

@dareko I still haven’t solved
Hi, I’m afraid this topic is marked as resolved and support doesn’t care.
If there is no reaction I will start the new topic in a few days.
@dareko I found my case, I had the wordfence plugin installed, but when I removed it, I didn’t remove it properly and that was the conflict.
Hi Gabriel,
At the end we’ve found the solution for my case – it is downgrading to 3.2.3 version.
Kind Regards
Darek
