Preload key request feature not working?

    Good afternoon,

    I have 3 urls I have included in the preload key requests section on the extra tab…

    However lighthouse is still saying to preload these key requests. Are you able to suggest what I might be doing wrong?

    well, I see the preloads in the HTML source:

    and Pagespeed doesn’t seem to complain about preloads when I tested;

    so guess all is fine now? 🙂

    Thanks for the fast response Frank, I have just noticed that it is only in the mobile analysis of Lighthouse… Does this work for mobile devices too?

    The screenshot was actually from Pagespeed Insights (which uses Lighthouse as well) on mobile Mark 🙂

    That’s odd as I have just run this again on Lighthouse in Web developer tools in my browser and getting a very low performance score with the suggestion to preload key requests…

    Guessing it is inconsistent when being access through different means

    maybe try to run lighthouse in an anonymous browser window, there might be differences logged in vs not logged in 🙂
