Preload not working on IIS-hosted HTTPS site

    WP Super Cache is working brilliantly on my IIS-based site hosted on Microsoft Azure’s App Service, except for cache preloads. Garbage collection and other scheduled tasks all work properly. If I change my site’s URL from https:// to http:// then preload works as expected.

    Microsoft’s CA certificate is present in ca-bundle.crt.

    I’m not sure what else to do.
