@annagoe Thanks for contacting me.
I have not heard of this error happening before. Could you give me a little more information to better diagnose what is going on?
1) PHP version.
2) Browser and version.
3) Do you notice any errors in the console of your browser (right click the screen and hit “developer tool”, click the “Console” tab, and repeat that action.
4) WordPress version?
To be clear, the as attribute is different from the mime type. The mime type is something like text/html, whereas the as basically states in layman’s terms what resource type you are using (image, font, script, etc).
Ah, I see. Sorry for using wrong terms and thanks for explaining the difference, there’s definitely still a lot for me to learn π
1. PHP version is 7.4.16
2. Google Chrome, Version 90.0.4430.212
3. This is what I get in the console after submitting the hint: https://ibb.co/q0XXFSj
4. WP version is 5.7.2
Thanks!
Thanks for the debugging info. I will take a look as soon as I can and see what could be going on here…
Thanks, I would appreciate it.
After trying to add a hint, does the hint appear in the table after refreshing the page?
And could you tell me which plugins you have enabled on your site?
No, the new hints don’t appear in the table, which was also the main reason why I thought that something is off.
The other plugins used are:
Email Address Encoder
Hummingbird Pro
Marketing Cloud Signup module
Smush Pro
WP Mail SMTP
WPMU DEV Dashboard
Yoast SEO
Supreme Modules Lite – Divi Theme, Extra Theme and Divi Builder
Divi Supreme Pro
Lots of paid plugins you have.. Would you happen to have a dev environment that I could log in to so I could see this for myself?
@annagoe Please try to update to the latest plugin version, 1.7.7, and see if that resolves your problem.
I am closing this ticket out due to non-response, and that I believe the problem has been resolved due to a recent plugin update.
