Premium feature is ready but not set into production yet. In case you really need it I can set up account for you and when is published online you can continue using it.
Anyway we are adding extra features to the plugin as web hooks in order to save clients performances.

Free version now pulls ip list on every 20 minutes and free service is updated on 10 minutes.
