Premium not Registering

I tried renewing and would not let me so then bought a new license for $99. Now trying to update and will not see the key as a paid one. I deactivated the plugin and re activated and that didn’t work. My site is being attacked and don’t have time to sit and wait. Not very happy. Please help.
