Premium not working

Hello,

it seems like every time I submit changes to WP Fastest Cache in the premium version, the premium plugin removes itself completely from my wordpress site(not just deactivation). It worked fine before, and it seems to work fine on my other wordpress web site, so it seems like there’s a conflict somewhere within the plugin.

Another issue seems to be the combining JS & CSS files. It does not seem to be working because I see all the files in the header regardless.
