Premium plugin disappeared again

    During the last update, I lost my premium plugin and spent a week and a half trying to fix it. Most of the time going back and forth with emails with you. The end result was not satisfactory but I gave up. Now, there was a new update that I hoped would fix problems and instead, once again the Premium plugin update failed and the plugin disappeared from my site.

    Thanks Traci for reporting this, that’s very unusual. As it’s the premium plugin, could you please raise a support ticket (at the top of the premium plugin’s settings page). Only the free plugin is supported here in this forum. Thank you!

    I’ve been trying to raise a support ticket. I thought that’s what I just did. Can you send me the link because everything I try is not working. Since my premium plugin disappeared I can’t get to the setting without paying again

    I emailed yesterday and still no response. I need to fix my site so I may just change to a different plugin. If I delete the plugin, is it still possible to keep specific feed for email or will I have to change the plugin for that too?
