I’m truly sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your Advanced Ads premium plugins and aren’t receiving support. Your frustration is completely understandable.
While I can’t offer direct help, I can provide some context: MonetizeMore acquired Advanced Ads in March 2023. As a direct consequence, almost the entire Advanced Ads team was abruptly laid off in April 2025—with no replacements hired. I was among them.
What you’re experiencing now is, unfortunately, the direct result of these massive staffing changes. When decades of specialized experience are suddenly removed to cut costs, product stability and support quality inevitably suffer.
I know this doesn’t solve your problem, but I hope it clarifies why the support experience has changed so drastically. Unfortunately, there’s currently no indication this situation will improve.
