    The premium 5 in 1 license malfunctioned when used on two sites. Tech support looked at my dashboards and could not figure it out, so they sent me another single-site license. My purchase was for this plugin to work on 5 sites. Two sites are operating fine, but I am owed 3 more licenses. I have been reaching out to the support email and do not get a response. Please advise.
