Premium plugin update

There is no information about where to get premium support, so I’m asking here.
I bought the premium plugin today, and it immediately said there was an update to 1.6.1.

But when I updated, I lost my premium features, it put me back to the free version.

If there is another place for premium support, I’d appreciate knowing where that is.
