• I just placed purchase for premium on Dec 8, 2016. Then my bank card sent a fraud alert, but I replied to disregard the alert, unfortunately a 2ND NOTICE from my bank stated the purchase didn’t go thru and to contact you. So now I’m stuck wondering – did the original purchase really fail or not? Unfortunately THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT YOU FOR PREMIUM ISSUES WHEN THERE IS A PURCHASE PROBLEM!

    I completed your Email sign up form (& I then received an automated newsletter at my work email). But your PREMIUM SUPPORT CONTACT FORM BLOCKS requesting help before activation. I’m in limbo and NO WAY to get PREMIUM SUPPORT. You’ve setup a catch-22 with NO WAY TO GET SUPPORT for Premium purchase issues!

    Since you force me to use a public forum to get private help for $399 purchase, you need to provide a SPECIFIC CONTACT INFO so we can resolve the question: Did my premium purchase complete today?
    Extremely frustrated.
