I have website that has 5000 posts in Joomla
The URLs looks like this:

http://www.domain.com/my-home-work.htm

The question is, if i migrate with FG plugin, will this URLs be the same in wordpress?

http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/fg-joomla-to-wordpress/

If you set the WordPress permalink to be /%postname%.htm, there is a chance that the URLs are the same. But it is not guaranteed. You can try it with the free version.
