So your posts and/or pages have a title and some content text (not just html or shortcodes), but the title and description fields in the WPSSO Social Settings metabox are blank? If so, then that’s not normal – probably some badly coded filters getting in the way. Let me know if that’s the case and I can help you debug that.
I hadn’t heard of the Premium SEO Pack plugin yet — The Pro version of WPSSO supports many 3rd party plugins and services, but these modules are only available in the Pro version. As an example, the Yoast SEO module reads the Yoast SEO settings, etc., and adjusts all title, description, URL, etc, values based on any custom Yoast SEO settings. I assume Premium SEO Pack also allows you to enter different titles and descriptions for each post/page, home page, etc? Several custom filters (or a new Pro module) would be necessary to provide those values to WPSSO. With just 4,600 installed copies of Premium SEO Pack, creating a Pro module specifically for that plugin is not likely. If you really wanted one, it would have to be done as custom development work (hourly rate) — open a ticket at http://support.surniaulula.com/support/home to discuss any custom development work.

It’s been 4 days, so I’m going to consider the issue resolved. If you have any follow-up questions, feel free to post them here or open a ticket on the Pro support website.
