    We purchased the premium version and have not been able to access the premium server, though license shows as active and has ‘syncronize’ button.

    Issue was reported via ticket on 5/2/2025, with no response as of 5/6. Please advise.

  • We also get no feedback from Premium Support, even though we are paying for the license. Several websites are also not working with the Premium server. When can we expect an answer?
