Do you mean that you want to set up Premium Shipping as default option and it’s not possible?
No, we have Premium Shipping set-up and running fine with 2 shipping options:
Royal Mail @ £8
Next Day @ £10
At the moment and by default the Royal Mail is automatically chosen. We would like the Next Day option to be the default.

At the moment there is no option for that – simply cheapest that is suitable is choosen.

When i used PS extension – i noticed, that shipping ways have the same order as they posts in dashboard. So, you can try to delete Next day and create it again, it will be at the top.
