Premium Starter Template – No Support

    Hi,

    I have the premium starter template and agency package. I reached out to support to help because I was not able to import anything. Support was basically telling me I need to hire a developer???

    I was able to get just a few templates to import when testing but most will not import. I am actually a paying customer and support was not helpful. I would love to leave a 5-star review but the way things are looking I am not certain at the moment.

    I was under the impression that paying customers received premium support. Very unhappy at this point. I really need this to be looked at. Support was telling me stuff like I need to have SSL even after they logged into my site and could have verified that the site has SSL.

    I am very disappointed. I spent over $200 on the agency package and would expect better support to help your paying customers.
