Where do I go to get support for the Premium WPFC plugin? I went to the website, but it doesn’t look like there is an option for support there. Please help! The plugin is breaking the layout on my client’s development site every time I activate it. Everything on the dev site is up to date.

I would have definitely sent a contact form submission if there was a link to the Contact page in the navigation at wpfastestcache.com.
