• How long does it take to reply on a ticket opened on premuium support??? this is unreal. I have been waiting for several days now. Sent an email as well with no reply.

    WCFM is a core plugin for any marketplace site, if the support is this bad for PAYING customers It is very worrying!

    @wclovers The correct reply is “I can’t support you here. I could have my account closed and my plugins removed if I kept doing that. Please contact me on my own site for pro support.”

    Or something like that.

    @saeedjoul Do not seek premium support on this site again. That’s not permitted for any developer and is closed or archived when found.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
