    I‘m a premium customer with Astra Pro and Essential lifetime plan. Send an inquiry to the support team three days ago but still no response 🙁

    (Issues with validating my account by verification code)

    can’t recommend paying the extra for Pro…

    for pro version support please contact theme vendor at their site or official support channel. ww.wp.xz.cn forums are for free version support.
