Premium Upgrade / CF7 Email function

Hello,
I am currently using the free version of the plug-in and cannot see custom fields, nor the phone field from my Salesforce account. Will upgrading to the premium version expose those fields?
Also, does this plugin disable, replace or interfere with the normal email function of CF7?
