I loved the plugin but need both editing and form adding, that I suppose it’s available in Premium version.
How can I buy it?

Sorry for my late reply, I’m on holiday! 🙂

The premium version will be available from August 17th. You can install it directly from the dashboard. You can find more information about it here:
