Preorder Marked Completed

    Hello,

    I have a handful of preorders that were automatically marked completed that we did not mark. They were all marked completed at either 4:07 am or 4:07 pm. It did not happen to all of our preorders.

    Hi, we’re running into the same issue, it’s like it’s working away a backlog of orders that are on the status “Pre-order”.

    I changed the Pre Order Transition Status so “Pre Order” instead of “Completed” in the Order Status Plugin. It appears to be fixed now.
