Prepaid COD Charges

I want my Customers to pay COD Charges while placing the order.
I have Woocommerce Installed and I have already added COD Charges but that Includes in Final Price.

I want to Integrate Something like Customer needs to Pay Booking amount, and only after that they can Place COD Order.

It sounds like you are trying to collect a deposit from a customer while placing the order and allow them to pay the rest offline.

Please take a look at the documentation of WooCommerce Deposits which is a paid extension: https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-deposits/

Is this what you had in mind?

Use either:

a) Prepaid Deposit + COD  

or

  b) Payment Gateway s
