i don’t want t buy before i understand the answer. i am asking if there is an option to choose which group the user is requesting to join to.
lets say :
trigger 1: user request to join private group of high-tech action: get an email (high-tech template)
trigger 2: user request to join private graphic design action: gets another email (graphic template)

The possibility of being able to select which private group the user wants to join is one of the basic features of AutomatorWP, since it can execute actions based on a trigger with a specific configuration
For your case, you want to send an email based on the requested group, but this is also possible with all AutomatorWP triggers like:
WooCommerce:
User buys product X> Send email A
User buys product Y> Send email B
LifterLMS:
User completes course X> Send Email To
User Course Y> Send Email B
It’s a basic thing that AutomatorWP offers for all triggers, so yes, you can send custom emails based on the group you were asked to join.
