Press enter sends message, fields do not change

Installed and configured SF Contact Form, but I am running into some basic problem:

1 – I would like to make the “* obrigatório” smaller, can’t find where;

2 – Most irritating, when in the contact form, there is no way to allow for paragraphs: whenever ENTER is pressed, the message is automatically sent.
