pressapps recaptcha issue

I wonder if anybody can help please

I am using pressapps for customised registration, login and forgot password and it has the security feature of being able to add recaptcha. This works fine on my desktop but not on my android phone and I have had other people tell me it doesnt work on their phone and teablets. So I have had to disable it and as a result i am getting hit by spambots. When I have it on these are the warnings I get on my phone:
