    Hello I am looking for something pretty specific and if it doesnt exist I am looking for a little guidance for how to do it. Here is what I need to do:
    I have a membership website. From the front end, I need an admin user to be able to fill in fields “grading” someones performance. I then need them to be able to assign user rights to that form to the user they are grading. Then I need that form to upload as a pdf document that only the specified users can view. I have been able to find plugins that can upload a pdf and assign that pdf to users, but I cant find anything that combines all of those steps together. Any thoughts?

    If you can’t find anything that does it all togehter, there’s three choices:

    1. Use multiple plugins together to take car of each individual step. Of course, this assumes that there are the right plugins out there and that they’ll all play well together…
    2. Write the code yourself as a custom plugin to take care of that functionality. It’s harder if you don’t know much about programming now, but will make sure that you get things working the way that you want them to.
    3. Pay someone to do the programming work for you. Obviously more expensive, but may be needed if the first two options aren’t going to work out.
