Prevent changes to Modified Date

Is it currently possible to prevent the Post/Product Modification Date from being updated after a change is made through your plugin. I use a plugin that allows me to prevent the Modification Date from being updated, but of course it only works from the WC product page.

If this isn’t currently available, would it be a feature you could easily integrate? Perhaps a checkbox in the plugin toolbar that can be checked/unchecked. When making bulk edits, for product attributes etc, it would be nice to not change the Modified Date.
