Prevent Position Filled

    Hi,

    When an applicant is marked as hired it appears to mark the position as filled for that Job.

    Is it possible to stop this from happening?

    We have some jobs that we want to remain open but want to mark the applicant as hired so we can see the status of the applicants.

    Hi @jdobbsy1987 ,

    Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to have a job with multiple openings. We do have an open enhancement request to implement this feature, to which I’ve added your request. I can’t give you an ETA on when (or if) it might be implemented.

    CAVEAT: The following potential workaround requires the Applications paid addon.

    You could use a code snippet to create a custom application status you can use, instead of the default, to avoid triggering the change of the Job listing status.
