    Hello,

I’m part of the DevOps team at my company, and the bulk of what we do is website hosting etc. We’ve had a few instances over the last month where someone has messed up and created a redirect that has broken a site. They’ve successfully redirected the root of the site to the root of the site, thereby creating a redirect loop. Is there a way to prevent someone from putting in the same source and desintation location? Or if not it should be worth looking into, I can’t ever think of a situation where you’ll deliberately want to introduce a redirect loop.

The plugin shows a warning if you try to do this.

There is an outstanding issue to help prevent problematic redirects.
