    I’ve tried to find info about previews but not had any luck.
    I understand that Box is the assured way for them to work but they dont offer any free keys anymore. So thats out.
    Next is google docs, currently this doesnt work for me, I get a Preview unavailable message.
    You mentioned the preview blocking could be down to css but as I get that message, could it still be CSS? if so, any ideas were I should look? I’ve tried viewing in admin and public.

    I also wondered if I needed to set anything up with googledocs? my site is on an intranet, so locked behind a single signon style security.
    Looking at the url you send to google, it looks like google will try to access the site, and the document, it will fail due to the security I think.

    Yeah you are pretty much out of luck trying to get preview to work behind a intranet site. You site will block all access to Box and google because of this. Im not an SSO expert but maybe you could create a rule to allow google.com access to your site, but I don’t know the security ramifications of doing that.

    I thought so, thanks.

    For a requested feature, the option to add a description to use as a preview would help us around this problem. Like a post excerpt. We could copy/paste the first part of any docs in there.
