Hi @aronadmin
I hope you’re well today and thank you for your question!
I admit this is quite unexpected, especially that it’s happening with default theme and no other plugins. I checked our internal bug reporting and I found a single mention of similar issue so let’s first make sure if it’s the same case:
– is your slide-in an “email opt-in” type (so it gathers e-mails) or is it just informational one?
– if it’s “email opt-in” – does it have date field added?
If yes, please try removing the data field and see if it works.
If you can confirm above, then please note that even despite broken preview it should work on front-end anyway and the fix for it should be included in one of nearest upcoming releases.
If this is not the case, let me know please and we’ll look into it further.
Kind regards,
Adam
Hi Adam,
Yes it is an informational slide-in where the CTA is a link to another page.
So which data field do i need to remove?
Hi @aronadmin,
I hope you are doing well!
The issue mentioned above was about email opt-in slides, since your slide is informational then it is not related.
Please share an export of the slide-in which will help us to check the issue further.
You can export it from Edit section : https://prnt.sc/l2j57sk39gQR
After exporting, please share the contents of the json file using a service such as https://pastebin.com which is free to use. You can also share the json file itself by services like Google drive.
Please always make sure to use such service to share the code and don’t post the code here directly as it will most likely be unusable.
Kind regards,
Zafer
Hi Zafer,
I have created a pastebin: https://pastebin.com/NacAsd0L
Hopefully you can see something why does not show in the preview, but only if I have published it.
Thanks!
Hi @aronadmin
Thank you for the file.
I tested it on my lab site and it worked out of the box which could indicate a plugin or theme conflict on your end.
Could you please create a Staging website using this plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wp-staging/ and then run a full plugin conflict test following this workflow:

Let us know the result you got.
