Preview glitch

    When creating an email, I do a preview. Sometimes I find errors, and fix them. If I then preview again, it often doesn’t show the changes I just made, although a test email at that point reveals that the changes did take. Is there a workaround to make preview refresh?

    Hi @trbhicks,

    As I understand, when you change something in the newsletter editor, it’s not immediately reflected in the Preview mode, but if you send a preview via email you see the changes correctly applied. Is that correct?

    Can you please let us know if you’re using any caching plugin in your WordPress install?

    Also, have you tried to check for a plugin conflict that could be delaying the preview to apply the changes immediately? For reference: https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/204-how-to-test-for-plugins-conflict
