preview not working

    i manage 3 websites
    i installed the plugin on the three
    perfect working on 2 websites
    same hosting
    same template hello elementor
    just elementor, really simple SSl and interactive….,


    but on another no preview,,,,

    Hi @lucdeg thank you for using the plugin.

    The preview doesn’t work even when you try to create new maps or it doesn’t work when you try to edit an already created map?

    This might indicate a javascript issue. You have the same plugins installed across the 3 sites? Do you see any error in the browser console in the map edit screen?

    The jQuery is not defined would cause errors across all your WordPress admin and not only the map edit screen, are you having issues on other admin pages? Like the widget page or others?

    Are you using anything that would change the origin of the jQuery script or the order of how script loads in the administration? Like a cache or minify plugin for example?

    i erased everything so ı have a new wordpress installation
    i install wıth softaculous
    i understand ıt’s not your plugin
    i use nothing it’s like a naked wordpress
    ıt must be on the server i will open a ticket in the hosting company

    no problem in edge, firefox and opera
    just in google chrome
