Preview Ticket without opening

    In the videos demonstrating Awesome Support, when viewing the Ticket List in the WordPress dashboard and the cursor hovers over the Ticket number a tooltip with the ticket contents pops up.

    Unfortunately, this isn’t working for me. Any suggestions on how to get this tooltip working?

    I don’t believe we have a video for the current version that shows that. Can you point me to the video you saw and the time-code in it so I can take a look at it?
