I cleared the configuration and update the plugin, but when I try to connect to Facebook I get an error message about the Previous disconnect still processing

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are unable to connect to your Facebook Shop since the previous disconnection is still processing after updating the plugin.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
