Previous disconnect still processing

    When I try to connect my website to the Facebook Meta Pixel plugin, I get this error meta pixel I get this error message:

    Previous disconnect still processing

    How can I fix this?

    Hi @leahasana ,

    Can you try the following:

    • Temporarily disable any cache plugins & clear the cache
    • Reinstall the Meta pixel for WordPress plugin
    • Re-connect the site to your page

    Please let us know if you stop seeing the error, or the issue persists.

    That did not work. I have given up and installed the pixel manually.
