Previous Posts Link Broken

The Previous Posts link on my blog (http://abelkeogh.com/blog) doesn’t work. It goes to http://www.abelkeogh.com/blog/blog/?paged=2 instead of http://www.abelkeogh.com/blog/?paged=2.

I’ve looked through the code and can’t figure out why it’s adding that extra “/blog” part to the URL.

Any idea how to fix this?
