    Hi There,

    The update from last week causes my site to crash is it possible to have a link for the previous version so I can reinstall Holler Box?

    Hi, yes you can download a previous version at the bottom of this page: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/holler-box/advanced/

    Or install the WP Rollback plugin.

    Can you give me more details about your site crash? I’d like to fix any issues if I can, but I need more information.

    – What version of PHP are you using?
    – Can you turn on WP_Debug and let me know any errors?

    Sorry for the delay, actually the previous version is not working either there must be a conflict, the word-press dashboard is inaccessible so I have to deactivate the plugin via the server it must be from another plugin. I have an older PHP which I’m review to upgrade next month maybe this is the issue.

    Hmm, ok I haven’t heard this report from anyone else so I’m guessing it’s a plugin conflict or an unsupported version of PHP. I’d definitely recommend updating to PHP 7 and updating WordPress and all plugins/themes.
