previously installed plugins when switching a new theme

    if i want to get a new theme will i have to reinstall the plugins i currently have?

    assume i can delete unused theme folders from my account without it affecting the site.

    thankyou, and i did search first, but not very effectively i guess

    No – though there are rare occasions when a given plugin and a specific theme don’t play very nicely together

    Yes. The only difference you’ll notice is that you have less inactive themes in the Admin area of the site.
