Unfortunately, that’s not possible at the moment. The title feature is currently available only in the Pro version. That said, we do plan to enable it in the free version as well, and the next plugin update is scheduled for next week, so stay tuned!

Just a quick update, we’ve released a new version of the plugin (1.0.4). The intro heading text is now available in the free version, so you can easily add a title.
We’ve also added a new position option, allowing you to place the form right after the product’s short description.
Feel free to update and give it a try.

Hi once gaain, correction – there is an issue with translations 🙁 When use own translation (Use your own translated strings), via Loco Translate, the title is not shown 🙁
You’re right, thanks for catching that! It was a minor bug affecting custom translations. We’ve already fixed it and pushed a new version—please update to 1.0.5 and it should work as expected.
