Price Calculation Value Ranges

I’m looking to do a price calculation based on the value that is entered into a Width field.

I’m assuming I need to use the value_is_in_range(from, to, val1) function but I’m not quite sure how I go about writing the formula. Essentially the products are like this:

Width 750mm to 1100mm = Product Price
Width 1110mm to 1500mm = Product Price + £216
Width 1510mm to 1800mm = Product Price + £942

How would I express that as a formula? I have both Extra Price and Form Builder as add-ons.
