Just to get some clarification here…

Am I to understand that, in order to show the per ticket price on my page, I would need to upgrade to StageShow+?

I’m just starting out creating a page using StageShow. I’ve set up everything, including the ticket price and added the StageShow short code to my page. However, when I go to the page, it will show the name of the Performance, the Quantity dropdown, and the Order button. There is also a Price column, but it is blank.

I read the StageShow documentation and it appears to say that, in order to make the ticket price visible on my page, I would need to upgrade to StageShow+. If that is true or if I am not setting up something correctly, please let me know.

    Thanks!

No you don’t need to upgrade and you’re not doing anything wrong. There was a bug in 4.5.1 which meant on new activations the formatting of prices could be compromised when the settings were saved, and the price display would then be output as blank.

Update the plugin 4.5.2, then go to the StageShow settings page, check that the currency is selected correctly and re-save the settings. The price output should now be correct.
