I visited your site and tried to choose a variation for each additional item and a different quantity as in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/p0rl0g, then added them to the cart, the price is auto-calculated into http://prntscr.com/p0rlkd. It seems to me that there’s nothing wrong in your site.
Concerning pricing, please note that the price will be calculated by the choice you’ve made in the setting of the product: http://prntscr.com/p0ro5l. You can choose to use only the base price you’ve set in the General tab or include/ exclude it in the total price of the whole composite. “Base price” is the price was set in the General tab.
If you choose “Only base price”, the price doesn’t change when selecting the component product.” It means you’ve already included the prices for component items in the General price tab.
So the main product’s price won’t change as the price you’ve set in the General tab is the base price and also the main product’s price, and the final price will be calculated based on how you define the pricing. So please check your settings again.
