    Hi,

    I have variable products with woocommerce and they have different prices, but if i select options with PPOM plugin price calculations is wrong.

    for example first variable product cost 20 eur. and second 30 euros. So if i select for 30 euros PPOM plugin still saying base price is 20 + options.

    Any way to fix it ?

    Also correct price in mini cart shows only after page refresh…

    Variation price 30 eur. + options in total 100 eur. after add to cart in mini cart i see total price 30 eur. I must to refresh page to see correct price.

    Hi @elmando111,

    Thank you for sharing the details of your query. I was able to see the issue on your site, but I couldn’t replicate it on my end. This suggests it might be related to the theme you’re using. Could you please activate the Health Check plugin and test the issue with a different theme in troubleshooting mode to confirm if the theme is the cause?

    variations doesn’t work with PPOM, i tested with WooCommerce storefront theme and works fine. So it means Woodmart conflict with PPOM. And that is sad because i like PPOM but i guess we need to look another plugin.. Woodmart support doesn’t help at all

    Hi,

    I’m sorry for this. Unfortunately, as Woodmart is a premium theme we aren’t able to test to see if there is something we can do from our side. As you’ve mentioned they are not offering support either, maybe you can try a different theme.

    Can you tell me where in DB PPOM saves Group ID ? I mean how plugin attach fields to products ? Because i cannot find.

    Hi @elmando111,

    You can find the PPOM Meta id under the wp_nm_personalized table.
